I love working for Pfizer but feel totally unable to move up to a supervisory position because of my education.

I am one of the few colleagues who belongs to a union in Pfizer work sites.I know we have a contract but are treated very unfairly by company people.

The no blame culture needs to be fixed.or done away with,if you mess up there needs to be concequences not this feel good participation award than seems to have swept our country

Most of the Pfizer upper management seem to believe you need a degree to be a supervisor.booksmarts only get you so far we need bosses who know the job not what a paper says.bosses treating us all the same and by friendships
