Exellent at the library of fame

Review from Operations Dept

Paying attention and listening to their SMEs

The leadership teams ideas are wonderful, but not fulfilled.

Leading by example, cleaning house where changes are needed esp. finance. Walking the talk!

They need to closely examine every facet of the business to make sure the Pfizer values are being exercised on all levels.

Improve the culture of the plant... they are too disengaged to make improvements. Quick repeating the same mistakes.

Review from Product Dept

Leading and coaching while recognizing good behaviors.

Review from Design Dept

Being accountable for holding up the fairness policies.

Review from Operations Dept

Being on floor more and not treating us as if we have no knowledge of our job

Review from Product Dept

Focusing on improving processes rather than getting hung up on the status quo and not doing what it takes to fix them.

Review from Product Dept

We need stronger leaders with better foresight and decision making skills. We need them to enforce rules that hold employees accountable for their actions

Review from Product Dept

organization and communication among each other

Review from Operations Dept

Who knows. They're so high level they're just a face on a fake email.

Review from Operations Dept

Weeding out bad management and working with colleagues to get ideas on how to improve the site culture.
