Paying attention and listening to their SMEs
The leadership teams ideas are wonderful, but not fulfilled.
Leading by example, cleaning house where changes are needed esp. finance. Walking the talk!
They need to closely examine every facet of the business to make sure the Pfizer values are being exercised on all levels.
Improve the culture of the plant... they are too disengaged to make improvements. Quick repeating the same mistakes.
