Pfizer Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I have no idea for this

Stock options are great and most satisfying part

Commission and insurance are both great

Salary and time off/ vacation

High wage for the area

All of it has been more than fair.

Review from Operations Dept

Having days off for different life events and happenings

Overall good benefits across the board

Healthcare, salary, And 401k program.

Medical and 401k with RSC

Salary, end of service indemnity and benefits

Review from HR Dept

The best part is the health insurance.

Flexibility and choice. Holiday buy back

all are higher than industry benefits

Review from Sales Dept

The ACE program and bonus

Both base salary and options

The 401(k) is industry best

Review from Engineering Dept

Being rewarded for the work I do

High wage compared to other industries

pay is great. bonus obtainable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

WFH and remote working is undervalued; compensation is near average. Only the company pension contribution can be seen as a positive, while other benefits are lacking, such as more holidays, financial support for home office setup and higher % bonuses/salary increases.

Review from HR Dept

Benefits continue to decrease overall

I feel like i deserve a raise

Absolutely no transparency when it comes to compensation.

Pay is way below market rate, health insurance stinks and is very expensive

Atleast 10percent increase than my current pay

getting more the share of the profits

Under-paid with a job title that is not commensurate with my responsibilities

There is no promotion process for professional positions. Hourly employees are grossly underpaid.

Underpaid and yet asked to take a lateral move because there are no other jobs in company.. pay raise of 3% when we have inflation of 6%

I am a contractor made regularly aware that I am replaceable and am worthless compared to colleagues.

Better pay and stop out sourcing work to low cost countries

Higher pay and advancement opportunity

Review from Operations Dept

I could have been compensated more for the work I have done

Other biotechnology companies pay more

Review from Engineering Dept

Better insurance and higher 401!K matching. More fair job promotions based on your skills not who you know.

Review from Product Dept

Bad management across the board.

Review from Design Dept

Bonuses are confusing, no clear way of knowing exactly how well you're doing.

Review from Operations Dept

I am one of the few colleagues who belongs to a union in Pfizer work sites.I know we have a contract but are treated very unfairly by company people.

Review from Product Dept

They do not pay a comparable rate to any other companies in the area. Their promotion and pay raises are an embarrassment.
