Bonuses are confusing, no clear way of knowing exactly how well you're doing.

Open door policy. We can speak to management and not feel that we'll have revenge taken against us.

My personal environment is decent, but other areas close by are chaotic and sometimes spill into mine, which is a distraction and toxic. Add the looming threat of open office concept, and it can be very stressful at times.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ask questions and listen to people. We don't want open office concepts, the cafeterias are too crowded and loud, our benefits have gotten more expensive without adequate balance of compensation, enforce the "no jerks" policy, and hire more people to do the overwhelming amounts of work.
