Giving whistleblowers a fair hearing. If they would only take our complaints of workplace harassment seriously, then I would recommend working at this company. As it stands, Costco is about as corrupt as the Democrat Party.

zero communication. the guys leading the charge have little idea about reality of running a warehouse in todays climate. Most are relics and have not been in warehouse operations for SEVERAL years. Way too limited with employees and help throughout the day to operate and take care of members

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees at costco start at $16/hour when a mile up the road at walmart starting pay is $25/hour and even taco bell starts at $17.50/ hour. Part time employees are forced to work 5 days a week.. just awful! These are the reasons why people are chomping at the bit to leave costco.

Our warehouse manager seem to only worry about building performance to the point of getting his bonuses. Where a little more care towards the employees and hiring a larger staff would improve moral and customer interactions.
