I love how there's an open door policy and the communication between employee and management is awesome
My management cares- upper management doesnt
overall, its an good experience
For the most part they show up to work.
The open-door policy is the best aspect because you are able to express yourself in a safe environment and not worry about much of other typical issues.
Require management to have insight before being promoted to oversight.

Leading not dictating, set a standard.
Actually, leading and making employees feel important.
Communication and being fair to all employees when it comes to wages. If you are doing a clerk job you should be at clerk level.
No people skills, should learn how to speek to his employee

The comp package is awesome but if you have to become lpt you lose that
Healthcare benefits and 401k plan
I love the benefits that Costco offers
Everything, The PTO, the insurance
pay scale and the ability to make bonuses
I feel undervalued because long-term employees like myself don’t receive health benefits after retirement. We’ve dedicated years of service, and continued healthcare support would reflect true appreciation. Adding post-retirement coverage would make compensation feel more compl
Many things, but main things would be proper advancement procedures, equal consequences to actions and actual skill and ability needed to be recognized
Higher pay and better benifits
Yes I do feel undervalued. I work very hard at my job, because I value good customer service and the member's will say that they always enjoy my customer service. What would make me feel better, just be fair.
More on our paycheck to support our cost of living
everyone is hard working and willing to help out
Hardwork, competitive, know what they are doing
We strive to do the best job possible and take great pride in delivering with timeliness and integrity.
I have a series of coworkers who care about each other and the community, some of the hardest working people I've ever known who actually have empathy for the consumer and do what they can for the people who need it. Management and the executives are unredeemable monsters.
Everybody is willing to help each other out. They are supportive and knowledgeable about their jobs.
Genuinely discuss productivity with insight not oversight.

Coworkers should be able to be themselves, yet the atmosphere of intimidation discourages openness. Greater workplace trust could be fostered by encouraging transparency, speaking collectively about concerns, and promoting honest leadership practices.
Understanding the code of ethics is huge! If the departments and stores were allocated more hours and flexibility on scheduling, it would help tremendously.
Hear what we have to say
they need to get rid of their egos and just be friendly
in my direct department its a wonderfully positive experience
Strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect. Everyone works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering great service. It’s a fast-paced environment, but the camaraderie and shared purpose make it a rewarding place to b
The friendliness of the crew.
Coworkers are always willing to help
Most of the employee's are good to work with. The samples are good.
Remove managers reward for lying to cover up lies by rewarding insight.

Leadership should be held accountable through fair and respectful oversight, ensuring workplace decisions reflect honesty, policy consistency, and genuine responsibility toward employees.
Communication with employees and memebers
Upper management listen to us
Proper leadership and training and consequences to actions
different locations have different management so everything is based on the managers willingness to be honest.

Inviting to be yourself and accepted to do work.
Review from Sales Dept
Straightforward and professional. I appreciated the clear expectations, timely communication, and the focus on real-world experience. It felt like they genuinely wanted to understand my strengths and how I could contribute to the team. That made me feel respected and confident going in.
Seeing how enthusiastic the interviewers were about the company. They sold me on how valued the Costco employee is.
The hiring managers recognized and valued the experience and wisdom I was bringing to the company.

People need to be trained better

Hire people that knpw what thier talking about
Job security is strong because customers care more about the product than ethics.

Seeing the team succeed together. When everyone communicates well, supports each other, and delivers great service, it creates a positive energy that makes the job rewarding. I also enjoy mentoring others and helping newer employees grow into confident, capable team members.
I love my job. I love what I do. However, the politics of Costco culture is exhausting.
Being allowed to interact with the members and advise the members as to why a particular purchase is a good fit for their needs.
Paychecks are good and the members
Management should move beyond the appearance of concern. Many employees and customers feel that decisions are driven primarily by profit rather than genuine care, creating a sense of distrust in the workplace.
Never mond you do what you like any way even humem resources represented by one man was bullying
Review from Operations Dept
Management improvement needs to be discussed properly
The communication and trust between employees and management is very whong. We as employees (unless you're a favorite from the management) don't trust anymore the management with their methods, their excuses to justify themselves and for many, their arrogance.
