They need to stop micromanaging every single thing

Starts at the top, we have promoted laziness in hopes their ideas will save us from being run over by amazon.

Get rid of the favouritism, get rid of the cliques, get rid of managers playing favourites and treat employees like human beings who have feelings and emotions. Warehouse where I work is in a dire state, turnover is high

Matching your pay to your experience

Better HR systems. Gathering multiple employees to see if anyone else is feeling the same way about the work environment toxicity. Making dang sure Equal Opportunity rights are being enforced. Training leaders to balance assertiveness and kindness properly.

Review from Sales Dept

So slooow. Lots of lifers who came from pushing carts to IT, who can't do better anywhere else, and resent it if you think we should try to. They still live in caves apparently, because they haven't seen an improvement that was needed since then. Leadership doesn't care, doesn't do anything.
