Costco Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

everyone is hard working and willing to help out

Hardwork, competitive, know what they are doing

We strive to do the best job possible and take great pride in delivering with timeliness and integrity.

I have a series of coworkers who care about each other and the community, some of the hardest working people I've ever known who actually have empathy for the consumer and do what they can for the people who need it. Management and the executives are unredeemable monsters.

Everybody is willing to help each other out. They are supportive and knowledgeable about their jobs.

Totally would be the overall attitude

We work hard even when we barely get help or get helped last second

good work team, uppwr management policies not so much. DEI got to go. As a minority I find it embarrasing.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Supportive, understanding of each other's needs and downfalls.

They work hard and try their best

The Loving Family environment and caring attitude

They get their job done

Very friendly and funny and smart

We all help each other

We are equals. We do have managers who we report to. Each ream member has their own specific duties.

Mostly they are just regular kind people that want to put in a good day's work and go home.

We all come to work ready to give it our best.

Review from Sales Dept

We work together to make our members happy.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Productive, positive workplace and enviornment almost like family. Love my coworkers we look out for each other

Review from Engineering Dept

They are nice to talk to

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Understanding the code of ethics is huge! If the departments and stores were allocated more hours and flexibility on scheduling, it would help tremendously.

Hear what we have to say

they need to get rid of their egos and just be friendly

Better staffing. Everyone is always stressed as they cut payroll in attempt to force us to work harder.

I really am not involvrc

Better attitude and work ethic

Review from Customer Success Dept

Many coworkers are working in a position they are incompetent in, but got through nepotism. Because of this, competent workers are forced to clean up after them and do work twice, while the nepobaby never has to learn, improve or be held accountable.

Start showing ip to work would be nice

Do their jobs. I literally juggle 2 and sometimes 3 people as an optician while my coworkers stand around and talk. It's been noticed and nothing's been done about it for MONTHS.

Theres a lot of gossing that even supervisors and mgmt participate in

Everyone is kinda on their own, really don't work as a unit anymore.

Management at all levels avoids discussing issues that are relevant and obvious to the organization as a whole. Employees voices are often ignored or silenced and retaliation is present within the corporate and warehouse environments.

Less cattiness. More efficiency. My immediate coworkers (I work in Optical) tend to waste time "pretending" to be busy so they don't have to assist members. Also, lots of sitting! We need to be more effective as a team and more efficient in general.

Mgrs don’t care about anything but their payche

To many managers and leads in a department, too many cooks in the kitchen. Poor communication, one leader says one thing while the manager says another. Communication poor across whole building

learn the jobs skills and tasks better

We need to have better communication and we need to have more time to bond like company sponsered events

Working as a team not havjng managers always pick their favorite.

More training would be helpful

Management need to be more human they only importan get good percentage for they bonus
