I love how there's an open door policy and the communication between employee and management is awesome
My management cares- upper management doesnt
overall, its an good experience
For the most part they show up to work.
The open-door policy is the best aspect because you are able to express yourself in a safe environment and not worry about much of other typical issues.
Some of them are good, they listen, they want to do the right thing, some aren't some are overworked, some underworked. too much disparity.
They are supportive of family life
They treat the staff like family and truly care
I have had several managers during my employment with Costco and there truly hasn't been one that I wasn't able to work well with.
Usually organized. They listen to your opinions.
Dedication to providing a fair and consistent work experience
Compassionate proactive leadership. Team interacts with workers. Approachable.
Open with all the employees

Take care of employees and offer good wages and benefits
They try to be involved
They listen and they genuinly care. They have a great deal of empathy.
They care about their team.
Motivated and driven! Really focused on events!
They listen! They value my opinion! They care about me and my family! They've given me an amazing opportunity to advance within the company!
Really easy to talk to
Require management to have insight before being promoted to oversight.

Leading not dictating, set a standard.
Actually, leading and making employees feel important.
Communication and being fair to all employees when it comes to wages. If you are doing a clerk job you should be at clerk level.
No people skills, should learn how to speek to his employee
Review from Product Dept
Listening to their employees instead of only caring about profit
Communication is extremely low. Employees concerns are unheard. The managers are unwilling to take feedback. The managers speak down to the employees. Warehouse 689 needs help.
Protecting its own employees jobs
Everything you know what i mean
My subdivision suffers from a lack of alignment and accountability. Good changes are hoped for with a change of guard at the top
Caring about your employees. A cursory glance at the rankings shows Costco's focus has shifted from quality for customers and their workers and more towards lining the pockets of execs and other investors.
what leadership team? Being a leader not a seat filler.
Respecting employees and not taking away job perks illegaly
Be more mindful of employees struggles outside of Costco and hold managers accountable for their actions.
Not insulting employees, coach not criticize
Being consistent and not showing favoritism
Professionalism and not always switching schedules at their convenience
Treating everyone as equals and quit favoritism
Communication, empthy, time mangenent, and no relying on one person on the night crew to so something someone else can do to
Communication and hearing input from employees.
