What makes you most happy at work?
The fact of knowing I am helping feed the community, self gratification of seeing my work touch others
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training new employees their job responsibiltties by seasoned employees to help them be more comfortable in their jobs, turnover seems extreme, but no training costs I can see
