The lack of leadership in some buildings, we need to be fair to our employees, supervisor and managers alike. Management should have the same amount of responsibility all around and help each other not undermind others.

There needs to be more team work less criticism, every employee needs to pull their own weight at work. The annual reviews need to be permensntly stop, because the make a lot of employees feel like they are not good enough.
