Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have been working at this site for 25 years. Some days are routine but most days brings something different and challenging. Per usual there are good days and bad days but to me they are mostly GOOD days.

My colleagues are amazing! Each month we have activities such as charity events, games and quizzes. We have too much work , it will be great if they hire more people in the admin positions. Overall it's nice job and the benefits are more than good!

I don't understand how one could be so loyal to the company and bring great qualities to Alorica, but never get a raise. This is literally the lowest paying call center and its hard to stay motivated.

There is this stress accumulating over the day by day work and the company is not doing any activities to help with this situation. I would suggest promoting internal extracurricular activities or suggest vacations after a considerable time of work promoting efforts done by agents.
