As a shift leader I have all the responsibilities of a crew member plus I'm expected to fulfill all manager duties in the absence of one, yet I'm only paid a quarter more an hour.

My coworkers do the best they can with the limited resources they're handed. The few good workers who stick it out are inevitably broken down and leave. Most good workers leave immediately.
