What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs to actually grow the company. They are missing out on major future developments that have been occurring. Its like Kodak when they didnt follow up to the digitial cameras and then they later fell.

The leadership needs to understand that lower sales does not mean less employees to run a store. The store is still the same size and the elderly customers still take up 45 mins of your time for a pen refill, but wait! Take care of the customer! Also cashier and help the 4 other people with just 3

Didn't receive enough hours for benefits

There’s no work life balance. Salary managers 50-60 (some up to 70 depending on the situation of their Store) hours a week because the company keeps cutting payroll for the stores. They want more stuff to get done with a lot less payroll.

It’s not the workers that are the problem, it’s corporate and the district managers. This coming from a in store manager.

The company in its self makes more financial decisions and makes up for it by cutting sales or payroll
