I love the compensation package. It is great pay for the area I live in and the benefits are better than most companies.

I really love my overall compensation package. My pay rate is very good and more than fair. I also really like the health insurance we receive at work. Our insurance pays a lot and there is very little out of pocket for employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked over 20 years for this company and every time I get promoted I only get a 6% increase to my current income and its not even the start pay for that job. New hires make more money then a seasoned veteran who knows the job. I just think they are to big to care becuase about me..

Benefits are horrible, there is a significant increase and the annual raise/increase of 2% doesn't cover the growing cost in our benefit packages

When there is a mistake, instead of pointing blame I think itd be better if management used it as an opportunity for the team to come together and have an open discussion on how/why it happened and how to prevent it instead of pointing fingers
