Thinking through the entire process and how it'll effect all aspects, other processes, before rolling out new procedures.
Benefits are horrible, there is a significant increase and the annual raise/increase of 2% doesn't cover the growing cost in our benefit packages
When there is a mistake, instead of pointing blame I think itd be better if management used it as an opportunity for the team to come together and have an open discussion on how/why it happened and how to prevent it instead of pointing fingers
