Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We could be paid more and stop raising insurance premiums every year while not adding better coverage. Upper management has no idea what the representatives deal with.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Recruiting is a total mess. It’s poorly handled and drags on way too long. In short Wells Fargo is like a government agency and moves just as fast. New leadership might be alright but they don’t realize there are tons of mid-levels managers who stymie the growth they are attempting.
