I worked mostly by myself but noticed most other team members did not bother to do things correctly and usually at their own speed.

It was a negative environment when I worked there. A lot of resentment and not much respect, on all levels, including the store manager. He was the least respectful of all.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Care about your employees and let them run the company based on localization. It's become too robotic so they can higher college grads cheap and dump experienced people. It's people's lives not a game

I believe it was this one store that was having problems since the othe store in the area was a much better work environment. I do not know how it can be improved.
