Good old boy club, they come from the same company. Manage by fear, very arrogant, no focus on employees development. Resist change.

AECOM is the result of acquisitions. There's no sense of a single, unified culture. Management needs to focus on culture and unity.

Mistakes are punished (even small ones) they're not seen as learning opportunities, no positive recognition. No risk taking, no mentoring
