Haven’t met the team unfortunatel
Nothing they lack real life experience
Management & acting like a team
they are fine. good enough.
Diverse and performs like a team
Communicate and drive the company
Focusing on people not numbers
Appreciate different career paths of employees.
Work/life balance and fair wages
Replace leadership with actual technical staff instead of having financial people running the company
Of course. I negotiated it and accepted it as my terms of employment. Everything is grewt about it. If it werent. I wouldnt have signed on
good packages and bonus program

Good money Decent leave Good parental leave
percentage of basic salary is fair
Review from Engineering Dept
the percentage of basic salary is better than most of competitors
I have just informed them I will need a minimum 5% off-cycle increase in order to continue my career at AECOM. At this point I am just counting the days until I either retire or quit.
I feel undervalued because I was placed on an unjustified performance improvement plan by my unqualified bosses.
Pay increase, due recognition or just fair working conditions
I understand that new graduates might have a reduced rate coming into the workforce for the first time. But, if I am meeting expectations then I expect to be paid the average at least. However, AECOM is slow and unwilling to meet my needs and expectations in compensation.
Review from Engineering Dept
men in my same postion paid 2x as much
I haven’t met anyone from the te
Ability to work together to try and !make up for poor upper management
The expansive knowledge, culture and support you get from the team is incredible
wide array of experiences from a wide array of backgrounds.
they care about quality work and teamwork, always up to make each day count
Review from Operations Dept
Be more collaborative less sneaky
Quit working at this company
Comstant staff overturn, especially among junior staff.
They're all stressed from the toxic culture and expectations. When coworkers leave they're more normal.
Some coworkers were fine, others who had managements favoritism acted as though they were better then everyone else.
they state they want you to grow. no actual support outside of their internal training programs.
lots of attention to have a great team bonding, and to build good and long-lasting relations with customers
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone is so easy to talk to and approachable.
Excellent culture and collaboration with different disciplines.
people are nice and they genuinely want to help you
Attitude toward us minorities at work
Managers need to stop working weekends, stop working when they are sick, I need to stop receiving emails past work hours that add stress
Review from Engineering Dept
Reduce the focus on project financials. Reward ataff instead of holding them to unrealistic financial goals
Don't use layperson to manage engineering projects.
Review from Engineering Dept
Decent management with meaningful support from the HQ
skils assessment centres where you were challenged in teams to display qualities they wanted to hire
I had worked with the company as a sub consultant for about a year before I was hired, it was a very easy interview. They basically asked me when I wanted to start.
Everything, even the submission of documents, were online.
There are two interviewers. The whole process is quick.
Recruiter was an employee but was very encouraging.
Never had an interview... applied online and told to show up to different things... never had a formal interview or interview process or onboarding..
Give experienced workers a chance instead of only hiring new grads

More face to face then all the questions on computer. One on one

The paycheck and my immediate team.
Travel for events. Flexibility of work from home.
to contribute to the development of a better world
Review from Operations Dept
I consider myself to be part of the company and company value my presence.
Review from Engineering Dept
Put quality and employees ahead of the numbers. Take care of the people and they will get the numbers
AECOM sometimes is too large to provide the expected services to its clients
Management needs to change, engineers need to run the business not accountants or lawyers
Too burocatic and no innovation
The company is a complete disaster. Management doesn't have a clue whats happening or how to run a business. They don’t care about their employees. Turn over is the highest
