What did you like most about the interview process?

skils assessment centres where you were challenged in teams to display qualities they wanted to hire

I had worked with the company as a sub consultant for about a year before I was hired, it was a very easy interview. They basically asked me when I wanted to start.

Everything, even the submission of documents, were online.

There are two interviewers. The whole process is quick.

Recruiter was an employee but was very encouraging.

Never had an interview... applied online and told to show up to different things... never had a formal interview or interview process or onboarding..

Give experienced workers a chance instead of only hiring new grads
