Communicate and drive the company
Focusing on people not numbers
Appreciate different career paths of employees.
Work/life balance and fair wages
Replace leadership with actual technical staff instead of having financial people running the company
Engineers need to operate the business at an executive level
Commitment, make decisions and have a mid term vision and strategy. Do what you say.
