My team are wonderful! Everyone is so helpful and approachable.

Efficiency and quick to provide solutions that no others can.

They listen to each other. Unnecessary meetings get canceled. There is no pressure to turn my camera on when in a virtual meeting. We all have our video feed turned off usually. My manager doesn't micromanage me.

Comstant staff overturn, especially among junior staff.

They're all stressed from the toxic culture and expectations. When coworkers leave they're more normal.

Some coworkers were fine, others who had managements favoritism acted as though they were better then everyone else.

Coworkers do not have a good relationship with each other.

Poorly managed, poorly organised, unfriendly, standoffish, suborn and stuck in a rut.

Generally the team works well together. There are some trust issues though.

The team needs better support from administrators so we can focus on the technical work we excel at and that brings in projects while admin handles finances more effectively at the project level.

In my particular office, there is a huge cultural divide. A good majority of the office is very cliquey and seems to exclude those who are not of their same background. This makes it difficult to work on projects as one unified team. I think this is something that team managers have to address.
