The general manager dont pay us full time, he only pays part time so he dont have to pay benifit, walmarts greed got the best of them.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have only 4 or so on my O/N shift that are reliable, have a strong work ethic, and can be trusted to complete their jobs. Ones who ride the clock and don't finish their work don't get in any trouble. Brings overall morale down, which, in turn, brings down productivity. Favoritism at it's finest.

Hold people accountable!!! Not allowing favoritism to run rampant. Equal levels of discipline given to those with the same charges. Reward good behavior. Follow through on your promises. Follow up on situations believed to be handled. Actually talk to your employees. Thank them for their hard work.

dont wait 21-24 days to pay people with there first check and pay them for only 3 hours then they have to wait 14 more days for a actual full check
