Most of the team care about each other and we help each other out two members of the team don't show up till late most of the time I'm a little early without letting people know that they're gonna leave early and the boss just listen by with it and it causes so much stress on everyone else
My store specifically, they're mostly young and energetic. However, they're draining our energy there. It's unhealthy.

In the seasonal section we are all hard workers and unfortunately always being forced to other departments so we don't always get everything done.

Coworkers need to improve their ability to work with other coworkers and their abilities to interact with customers
Some coworkers play video games with our manager off the clock; they receive preferential treatment and seeming lack of consequences (for moving extremely slowly, putting things in the wrong location, using derogatory language etc). They need to be held to the same standard as everyone else.
Moral is low because of the toxic work environment bred by upper management.

Some people work harder than others. All that matters is if managment likes you, who cares if your lazy?!

Co-workers would benefit from not bringing their drama and personal lives into the workplace, keeping in mind that work is the focus. Communication about what we need to get done instead of what "who and who heard" would benefit the effectiveness of the team.
Moral needs to improve, better workers not compensated differently than poor workers.
Another coworkers are assigned a test they should do the test that is required of them in a timely manner. And work hard as a team and communicate with each other and not come to another associate who is not upper management about issues.
Leadership doesn't listen and most only say what the bosses want to hear. Same people giving kudos to the same people every week. Always the same people praising the same people every week or monthly. Nothing but a bunch of mini-Me's
Accountability!!! Where is it? I enjoy my co-workers personally but the majority need to step up to the job. I know we are short staffed but I would rather work a little harder than watch employees get paid to do as little as possible and get away with it. This also goes back on leaders of the store
Respect people's time. Learn how to be more independent and be less dependent on others. Document and better sharing of knowledge.
Violence in the workplace is a risk for overnight. Isolated working conditions (1 person, 1 aisle normally.) creates alienation and no communication in the workplace.
Get rid of FAVORITISM from CORPORATE down to store level.
