Review from IT Dept

Our coach is new, but never stays on the front end with her employees. They young people working in customer service are too playful with each other. The team leads are young kids that don't have a clue about being in a position of power, its going to their heads and they don't work, jus there

Review from Sales Dept

Listen to your associates and understand market dynamics, do not force all markets to follow US

treating people with fairness. upholding the same standards from one individual to the next. paying attention to those who aren't following the important aspects of the job. like in the deli, food safety concerns are happening everyday and it's not ever seen

The department manager should be more mindful

everything. Your lowest people are keeping your business afloat. Treat and pay them better

Communication, Empathy, education on policy Treat others how you want to be treated. Be proactive and use positive reinforcement not confrontation tactics with emp

Not treating associates like animals and actually do their job instead of taking a vacation every month

all being on the same page.

Empathy, communication, organization, delegation and respect for the individual.

In my research, I have found there is a shortage of skilled workers. Many managers in my field are not people-friendly, and that makes for a hard day at work. I hope to change that by continuing my education and rising in the company.

Leadership skills and ethnics bad

Leadership and enthics and commcations
