Managing a broken company and having some gumption to make necessary changes like fixing the toxic culture that exists there.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Recruiting is a total mess. It’s poorly handled and drags on way too long. In short Wells Fargo is like a government agency and moves just as fast. New leadership might be alright but they don’t realize there are tons of mid-levels managers who stymie the growth they are attempting.
