As an on-call, there are no health benefits. The slightly increased pay isn’t worth it

always negative, favoritism, 2 sets of work rules. very least restriction/low standard for their favorite employees. people of color has to work hard.

During the COVID pandemic KP leadership has made sure that all of us feel safe, have gone to great measures to be sure that we are comfortable - whether providing PPE/scrubs or allowing us to work from home in order to still positively affect the lives of our patients.

I have interviewed for a number of positions at KP. Some were for experience as I did not quite qualify for the position. Those of course were hard. Of the two positions I have held at KP, they were easy interviews - I just had to be open, honest and myself.

They dont make you feel like your in an interview. It is casual and questions are easy to answer.

Ask who is responsible to improve the interview process. The manager needs to explain the workload, working condition, transfer process for enhancement.
