none, high turn over, short staff, bad pt care model. Pt are suffering, no community outreach efforts

Ask who is responsible to improve the interview process. The manager needs to explain the workload, working condition, transfer process for enhancement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
always negative, favoritism, 2 sets of work rules. very least restriction/low standard for their favorite employees. people of color has to work hard.
