Cuz we have one manager That only thinks about discipline and doesn’t work with us on a partnership level

We know that the organization is growing at a high rate and making record profits, the executives are very well compensated, but the people doing the grunt work is not getting compensated commensurate to the organizations rate of growth

Because I do a job for a non union worker when person is out and because I’m in the union I do not get the same Pay. My job is just as important but because I’m in the union I do not get equal pay.

Kaiser doesn't appreciate their management or pay them any compensation or awards for all their extra work esp their ANM's

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Training staff all across the region to do the same thing, we are supposed to be an intitgrated system, and yet every department does things so different, and we don't get enough training when the system upgrades.
