They like to hire people straight out of college for no money. Experience means nothing to them.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication between lower level employees, however this is also the downfall with new employees being hired and leaving due to lack of equal compensation so often that the training process is not even finished for many employees.

I cannot think of a most positive, possibly the leniency and flexibility of time off requests, though that is not always the case for all managers in the plant.
