Mr. Michael J. Wood, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller at Raytheon Company since October 2, 2006. Ms. Rebecca R. Rhoads has been the President of the Global Business Services (GBS) Group at Raytheon Company since December 20, 2013 and has been its Vice President since April 2001. Ms. Rhoads is responsible for developing and implementing company-wide information systems and policies. Ms. Rhoads serves as the Chief Information Officer of Raytheon Company until January 1, 2016. She served as Chief Information Officer of Raytheon Company from April 2001 to December 2013. She served as Vice President of Information Systems Technology at Raytheon's Electronic Systems segment since February 2000 and as Vice President of Information Technology, Defense Systems business unit of Raytheon Systems Company since July 1999. From 1996 to 1999, Ms. Rhoads served as Director of the Raytheon Test Systems Design Center, where she was responsible for all aspects of information technology in support of business requirements, including development, direction and implementation of segment-wide information systems. Dr. Taylor W. Lawrence, Ph.D., has been the President of Raytheon Missile Systems Company (The Missiles Systems Business Unit) since July 1, 2008. Dr. Lawrence has been a Vice President of Raytheon Company since July 2008. He served as a Vice President of Engineering Technology and Mission Assurance of Raytheon Company from April 10, 2006 to July 1, 2008. He served as Sector Vice President and General Manager of C4ISR Systems Division of Northrop Grumman Corp. since February 2005. Dr. Lawrence is responsible for Raytheon's vision and leadership in these strategic areas, which include over 40,000 engineers working on more than 8,000 programs. He served as Sector Vice President and General Manager of C4ISR & Space Sensors Division for Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems. He joined Northrop Grumman in March 1999 as Vice President of Products and Technology for its Systems Development & Technology Division and was promoted to sector vice president and general manager of that division in August 2001. Dr. Lawrence was named to his most recent position as sector vice president and general manager for the Electronic Systems Division in December 2004. He served as the staff director for the Select Committee on Intelligence for the U.S. Senate and as Deputy Director of Information Systems Office of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. He was engaged in various research activities at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and NASA's Office of Exploration. He serves as a Director of the Air Force Studies Board of the National Academies, is an Advisor to the Defense Science Board and Defense Policy Board and is a lifetime member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Dr. Lawrence has also held a variety of scientific and research leadership positions, including director of advanced technology for the Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Office, deputy program leader, Advanced Imaging, Imaging & Detection Program of the Lasers Directorate at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, senior staff scientist of the Research & Development Division of Trex Enterprises and research assistant and undergraduate research fellow in the Department of Physics at the California Institute of Technology. He served as Member of Advisory Board at United States Department Of Defense. Dr. Lawrence holds a bachelor's of science degree in physics from the California Institute of Technology, a Master's of Science in applied physics from Stanford University and earned his Ph.D. in applied physics from Stanford University in 1992. In 1996, Dr. Lawrence was honored with the Secretary of Defense Medal for Meritorious Civilian Service.

Mr. Richard R. Yuse, also known as Rick, has been Vice President at Raytheon Company since March 2010. Mr. Yuse has been the President of Space & Airborne Systems Business Unit at Raytheon Company since March 10, 2010. He served as a Vice President of Raytheon Company from March 2007 to May 2007. He served as the President of Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC since May 2007 until March 10, 2010. In his 31-year career at Raytheon, Mr. Yuse held a variety of leadership roles, principally at Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) business, including Vice President of IDS' Missile Defense business area, where he was responsible for leading such programs as the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS), Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD), Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) and the Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX). These assignments ranged from system architecture and design to flight test director and program manager. Mr. Yuse has been assigned to a number of diverse programs and locations during his career, such as Cobra Dane in Shemya, Alaska; the Ballistic Missile EarlyWarning System (BMEWS) upgrade programs in Fylingdales, U.K., and Thule, Greenland; PAVE PAWS early warning radars at Cape Cod, Mass., and Beale Air Force Base, Calif.; the ship-based Cobra Judy system and HAVE STARE intelligence radar programs at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif.; and the THAAD Flight Test Program at theWhite Sands Missile Range, N.M., where he served as Test Director. Mr. Yuse was responsible for the Sensor Netting and Concurrent Test, Training and Operations (CTTO) new business initiatives. He served as Vice President and Deputy General Manager of RTSC, where he was responsible for day-today operations and ensuring RTSC's operational excellence. He serves as a Director at Raytheon Australia Pty Ltd. Mr. Yuse earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Mr. Frank R. Jimenez, also known as Fran, has been General Counsel and Vice President of Raytheon Company since January 19, 2015 and has been its Corporate Secretary since April 2015. Mr. Jimenez served as General Counsel and Secretary at Bunge Limited since July 5, 2012 and served as its Managing Director of Corporate Affairs. Mr. Jimenez joined Bunge Limited in July 2012 as Managing Director of Government Affairs. He served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Xylem Inc. until June 22, 2012, the S&P 500 global water technology company spun off from ITT Corporation in 2011 and also served as Vice President of Xylem. He served as Vice President and General Counsel at ITT Corporation since his joining in May 2009 and was responsible for the legal, regulatory and governance aspects of it, including its separation in 2011 into two new public companies, Xylem and defense technology company Exelis Inc. Prior to ITT, he served for nearly three years as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Navy in the Bush and Obama administrations from 2006 to 2009. He has held a variety of other positions in government, including Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Defense and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as Deputy Chief of Staff and Acting General Counsel to Governor Jeb Bush of Florida. Mr. Jimenez previously practiced law as a partner at Steel Hector and Davis LLP (now Squire Sanders LLP) in Miami, Florida. He was one of seven Senate-confirmed Pentagon civilians of four-star equivalent rank overseeing the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. He served as a law clerk for Judge Pamela Ann Rymer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Jimenez is a Ex-Officio Trustee at University of Miami. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. and Law Degree from Yale Law School, an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College and a B.S. from the University of Miami.

Mr. Kurt Amend has been Chief Executive of the Raytheon Arabia Business Unit at Raytheon Company since July 30, 2017. Mr. Amend drive business strategy and execution of defense-related projects and technology development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Raytheon. He serves as president of Raytheon International, Inc. He has nearly three decades of senior-level, U.S. government and aerospace & defense industry experience. He serves as Director at Raytheon Arabia.

Mr. Thomas A. Vecchiolla, also known as Tom, served as the President of Raytheon International Inc. since May 1, 2014 until September 7, 2017. Mr. Vecchiolla served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, IDS of Raytheon Company since August 1, 2006. He joined IDS in 2002 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in Business Development including director, Sea Based Capabilities. He served as the Director of Strategy and Government Relations where he established a team responsible for developing and coordinating congressional relations. Prior to joining Raytheon, Mr. Vecchiolla led efforts for government applications in the information technology industry. He served as a legislative assistant to Sen. Olympia J. Snowe, R-Maine, for national security and military affairs. Before joining Raytheon in 2002, he was vice president of Government Programs for Commerce Onee-Government Solutions, leading business execution and sales for all Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence agency programs in the areas of electronic commerce, web enablement and portal technologies. In his public-sector career, he served as legislative assistant for National Security and Military Affairs to Sen.Olympia J. Snowe, then Chair of the Seapower Subcommittee on the Senate Armed Services Committee. He began on the Hill in January 1996, as an active-duty U.S. Navy captain and Brookings Institution legislative fellow on the personal staff of Sen. William S. Cohen, with a wide variety of responsibilities concentrating on national defense issues. Mr. Vecchiolla served in the U.S. Navy as a helicopter pilot and acquisition professional. He has a proven track record and extensive experience in international business development and competitive pursuits. Mr. Vecchiolla serves as Director of Thales-Raytheon Systems Company LLC. He holds a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Naval Academy. He holds a Master of Science in systems management from the University of Southern California and undertook MBA studies at Marymount University.

Mr. Wesley D. Kremer has been the President of Integrated Defense Systems Business Unit at Raytheon Company since July 30, 2015 and has been its Vice President since October 2015. Mr. Kremer served as Vice President of the Air and Missile Defense Systems (A&MDS) product line of Raytheon Missile Systems. He joined Raytheon in 2003 as General Manager of Raytheon's Advanced Products Center in Dallas, Texas. In this role he was responsible for the development, design and production of innovative RF technology solutions, AESA sensors, antennas, composite radomes and high-temperature composite structures. He served as Vice President of Raytheon's A&MDS product line included leadership of it's Standard Missile-3, Standard Missile-6, Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle (EKV), Redesigned EKV (RKV) and Israeli Cooperative Programs, as well as Advanced Kill Vehicles and European Missile Defense efforts. While at Missile Systems, he also held positions as Director of the SM-3 program and director of Systems Design and Performance Engineering. Prior to joining Raytheon, Mr. Kremer served 11 years in the U.S. Air Force as a weapon systems officer, flying the F-111 and F-15E, with over 1,500 hours of flight time in fighter aircraft, including over 90 combat sorties in Iraq and Bosnia. He was the graduate of both the Electronic Warfare Officer course and the Fighter/Bomber course at Specialized Undergraduate Navigator Training. He was ranked first of 411 graduates and named as the Air Training Command Navigator of the Year in 1989. He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Montana State University and his MBA in engineering technology management from City University of Seattle.
