The small part of the contribution to the 401k
I'm in maintenance but we do receive boots and clothing and tools

The annual raise is great
Review from Design Dept
Nothing is outstandingly great, there are enough benefits to make it worth while staying, but the pay scale is not nearly as thought out.

RISP program and the 401k
Overal comp is very equtiable
The pay is great and the tome off os great
401K offered was good and reasonable
Salaries and signing bonuses are high to offset their terrible reputation and work environment. The only reason to work for Raytheon is to lock in a high compensation and then immediately get out once your year is up.

The pay was somewhat fair
nothing since the merger - its gone to hell
There is no way to progress in your career here without being shoehorned into a leadership position. Raises are based on performance relative to your peers, and the raises never exceed 3%. Even if you do more one year than the previous year, you can still get a smaller raise.

competitive pay with local defense competitors- RTX will not match nor will they get into a bidding war for talent. They will just take the next lower salary person - assuming they leave in a few years anyway...

Since the merger, everything has changed and company moral has declined. Annual raises and bonus decreased when inflation is all time high, insurance deductibles increased, company seems to be going backwards when everyone is quitting.

The health insurance offerings are the bare minimum

If you have Phd in engineering do your career a favor and stay away. This factory loves and promotes lowly educated employees.

They do a poor job helping employees advance in their career. They love to say, it's the employee's job to manage his own career.

Salary is low compared to commercial companies.
Since our merger with UTC, our benefits have shifter from a "Cadillac" to a "Volkswagen". Merit increases and bonuses also suffered. Leadership often touts our "total pay" but much of that has been curtailed as well.
Diversity at the top is needed. No black people on your engineering top management/executive teams.
Company isn't keeping up with inflation, or the salaries available at other companies.
Based on the market research. Other companies offer larger merits, bonuses and pensions.
Zero real salary progression always a Pay rise that is less than inflation.
Pay bump to match industry
Higher pay for engineering. More decisions at regional and local level. Less focus on shareholder nonesense.
Recently, after UTC acquisition, benefits have gone downhill. Compensation doesn’t keep up with inflatio
If they would pay back what was owed for 2 years of insurance they canceled but continued taking payment from checks
After picking up significant responsibility (above pay grade), managing people (above pay grade), receiving recognition awards, and glowing reviews from coworkers/project managers, I have only received a 0.9% market adjustment to my salary. Other companies have offered double for similar roles.

VERY BAD. APPEARS EVERY YEAR TO GET WORSE.
VERY BAD . APPEARS THEY COMPENSATE UPPER TIER PEOPLE MORE.
THESE CRIMINALS OF THE UNDERWORLD AKA. UPPER MANAGEMENT. ARE VERY CORRUPT.
