Most leadership members got along without any overt political drama.
They actually care about you as a person instead of just an employee.
The leadership prioritizes mission first and people never second. In other words, both are first.
Very supportive and caring to all teammates
The new leadership team is pushing culture and growth.

equal distribution of work , clear work instructions , better resources to find answers and less complex procedures
Get new leadership not ingrained with the system.
Recognizing employees and valuing employees
Respect the hard workig employees.
The leadership team does not defend you. They behave like they are not on your team. So unprofessional. Now I see why so many people quit each day.
Stock awards were pretty fair.
Healthcare and the plan quality
Dedicated medical staff for medical case management support
Retirement package is good deal.
Seems Competitive with the market
If they cared anything about people
Raises that keep up with inflation
Raises are less than 3% when inflation is 9%. I have been asking for three years for a roadmap to promotion with no response. PTO balance is the lowest in the known universe.
Pay for out put. Same pay as far less producing workers
Feeling valued comes from being seen and respected for the work you do, not having more work thrown on you and 4 other people's jobs dumped on you because you won't fire the underperformers.

There is open discussion about issues
The people are the best when they are honest.
The team is focused on team achievement rather than everyone for themselves.
They believe in the product and mission.

There are many talented people
There are so many useless meetings.
Be more open minded to the opinions of others
High turnover, always inexperienced, perpetually in professor/training mode
Coworkers are great but employees are not given the necessary tools to be successful, everything is outdated and never seems to work, very frustrating environment.
Coworkers are degenerates who have no chance of surviving in commercial sector.
There are always interesting things to learn and people to teach
Leadership listens and reponds. They remove obstacles.
They are attempting to make sure people can speak out about issues without repercusions.

Org and IT need modernization
Leadership stop taking credit for the work of your team members. Promote for talent to retain talent. Recognize the accomplishments of your team members.

Things were relaxed. Interview was non technical
Leadership treated my respecfully throughout the interview process.
Once you get an interview there is usually the one shot at getting the job. So at least it doesn’t drag ou
Simplicity and ease of completion
Straightforward and to the point.
It doesn't matter. The candidate is chosen before the interviews. The rest of the "candidates" are a formality.
Need more insight into all options available for HR issues.
Include competent technical people in this process not the useless process pushers
Better communication, took months for everything
Equal pay for equal work.

Completing a project on time
Work in general used to make me happy, but the incompetence is draining
Opportunities for learning and advancement.
Being able to make a difference.
Accomplishing a task that provides real value.

We miss a lot of deadlines do to artificial roadblocks.
Post merger employees became cannon fodder. Just numbers to be used to meet a bottom line. 'Get rid of a few more and we can meet this quarter's goals'. The E suite has lost it's vision since ther merger/acquisition

After we laid off most of our talent, programs are overrunning and customer satisfaction is decreasing as we are having more and more problems from loss of talent.
Retention is awful and technical debt is out of control. Employees need to be paid more and programs need more resources
