If they cared anything about people

Raises that keep up with inflation

Raises are less than 3% when inflation is 9%. I have been asking for three years for a roadmap to promotion with no response. PTO balance is the lowest in the known universe.

Pay for out put. Same pay as far less producing workers

Feeling valued comes from being seen and respected for the work you do, not having more work thrown on you and 4 other people's jobs dumped on you because you won't fire the underperformers.

High turnover, always inexperienced, perpetually in professor/training mode

Coworkers are great but employees are not given the necessary tools to be successful, everything is outdated and never seems to work, very frustrating environment.

Coworkers are degenerates who have no chance of surviving in commercial sector.

Post merger employees became cannon fodder. Just numbers to be used to meet a bottom line. 'Get rid of a few more and we can meet this quarter's goals'. The E suite has lost it's vision since ther merger/acquisition
