What did you like most about the interview process?

Things were relaxed. Interview was non technical

Leadership treated my respecfully throughout the interview process.

Once you get an interview there is usually the one shot at getting the job. So at least it doesn’t drag ou

Simplicity and ease of completion

Straightforward and to the point.

Meeting with different people within the team.

Review from Business Development Dept

Interview was casual. No trick situation or questions.

Team interview eliminated same qustions being asked by multiple people.

Interview managers were very nice and informative.

I was actually interviewed by my direct managers and supervisors, not someone I will never see.

Positive encounter with the interviewer

It's been 15 years since I interviewed so I can't really speak to the processes now.

I was able to ask questions freely and answers were given honestly.

That a newer person on the team got to sit in on my interview and I got to ask him questions.

They asked personality based questions

Review from Engineering Dept

Quick response or job offer

Transparency of expectations made the difference

Long time ago. Different company then.

Not applicable as I interviewed 41 years ago

I liked that i was not put on the spot for a technical question. They focus on behavioral.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

It doesn't matter. The candidate is chosen before the interviews. The rest of the "candidates" are a formality.

Need more insight into all options available for HR issues.

Include competent technical people in this process not the useless process pushers

Better communication, took months for everything

Equal pay for equal work.

Review from Operations Dept

The interview was cursory. Never talked to the team or technical peers. Got hired for a defunct program. It was a joke.

Review from Engineering Dept

Internal staff members should have priority over street hires. When interviewing internally, one should not be judged by a remote contractor

nothing its fine and who care about the interview process anyways

Get rid of Human Resources
