Many staff are bullies and have bad attitudes. They only care about their check not about the sick people we are to help. This attitude is wrong for this envoirnment. Get rid of toxic people and bring in people that care for others and want to help and are hospitable.

Too many complacent, lazy and uncaring selfish people. Stop trying to lure staff with the carrot for psp & then say no, we didnt make budget.
