I have the title of a Team Trainer and still being paid minimum wage. I have been there for over 1.5 years and there is no recognition of that. Minors and new hires are being paid more than me and getting more hours.

ED interviewed me and when he left the store it lost so many great employees. The manager and GM currently could care less about moral or teamwork ans promote drama and conflict along with never returning calls or making an accurate schedule.

I do not know much about this but my GM seems to hire quite literally anyone. We had a guy on drugs and passing out while making food and she refused to fire him for weeks.
