My leadership team is amazing from our CEO to our supervisors. Their communication with us is great!

I have been with the company for near 3 years and when i started everyone seemed to love their job and want to help others move up. It seems now they are pushing people to hard and they dont care about the employees and even customers which also puts more strain on supervisors and doesnt make them.

When I was hired the interview process was great but I do believe they have cut some of those within the hiring process so I dont know how it is now

It was done over the telephone and I didn't have to worry about my appearance and what to wear!!

It was very fast to interview and be hired. The only time consuming part was finding the right position online then have to email for information.

I love interacting with the customers. Also I love it that I am home while doing this. I can make the most of my breaktime doing chores around the house or even hop on my treadmill during lunch!

the upper management cares more about how quickly you can assist the customer and move to the next versus the quality of service you are giving each customer. They have also increased prices and the shipping is outrageous and they pushes customers away.

I think that some do not pull their weight and all should have a grasp what has to be done and get it accomplished on a daily basis.
