My wages have consistently gone lower and lower since I started. The algorithm they use keeps being modified to get me to a lower wage while I compete for orders

Have more options for the customer service team to feel more apart of the rest of the team. Feeling appreciated goes way farther and makes the job easier even when difficult situations arise!
