When Shipt cared who they hired, the process was valid. Now it seems a pulse and a car is all that's necessary. Shipt is reaping what they've sown with the mass hiring. The delivery horror stories are on the daily. Just remember- you get what you pay for.

The company don't have a process they just hire anyone. That's why I had so many workers at these stores complaining about these new drivers that didn't know what they were doing dropping orders off at the wrong house or apartment

It would be nice to have any sort of follow-up or feedback when you apply for a position at this company even as a person within this company
