My concerns have been pushed to the side and Unacknowledged. Management does not seem to care for their employees well being. only numbers and sales matter. A livable wage to compensate for the cost of living would help.

I covered 2 to 3 areas every day. Often having to work 10-12 hr days and then cut my week short to not be in overtime. Just to come back on my regular day and have to work 5 times harder because no one covered my areas while i was off.

Salaried employees have no free medical plan. How a salaried employee can sustain itself with $15.00 and hour and a scheduled 20 hours a week? Another problem is that salaried employees do not have fixt schedule were the individual can look for another complementary job.
