Worst place to work. Charter associates can do whatever they want. Take 45+ minute lunches. Associates lie to get other associates fired and then get caught lying and dont face any repercussions.

Stop hiring warm bodies, hire someone the some level of intelligence.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fire most of the charter associates. Fire some of the team leads.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more people. Short staffed every day with grumpy people makes for a terrible work environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should all be reminded they are there to work, not hang out with their best friends of 20-30 years.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop acting like you are in middle school or high school. I dont care about your drama. Leave me alone so i can get my work done. Im not here to make friends, im here so my kids can have insurance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I covered 2 to 3 areas every day. Often having to work 10-12 hr days and then cut my week short to not be in overtime. Just to come back on my regular day and have to work 5 times harder because no one covered my areas while i was off.
