Salaried employees have no free medical plan. How a salaried employee can sustain itself with $15.00 and hour and a scheduled 20 hours a week? Another problem is that salaried employees do not have fixt schedule were the individual can look for another complementary job.

To not get fired over points. Even if I'm sick I'm threatened with getting fired. No acknowledgement whatsoever for the health of employees. Even if there wasn't the Coronavirus going around they'd rather have someone sick with a disease come to work compared to getting better

Not being in a hostile work environment. I talk to my managers about the abuse I go through with my coworkers and they talk about how they will get it taken care of and they ignore it. Don't even speak with them.

To have had a proper interview experience and to actually not sit around for hours waiting for my interview in cafe before someone could get to me and then throw a random associate in with no experience to do the interview. He did great though.

The person at club 8283 of Sams club interview me and asked about my hair. Then she proceeded to use profanity in my interview more than 4 times. Not once did she ask me about any qualities that I had.

there are never enough cashiers. They pull from other departments daily for long periods then complain those departments did not get their work done. They need to have more cashiers working so they are not running short during breaks and meal times
