What are some of the best things about your team?

Helping each-other when difficult customer service problems arise.

That I only spoke with 2 people and the decision was quick.

Knowing that I will be working with competent employees that will help me grow.

Employees that are service oriented and are willing to help you do your job better.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

engaging employees by internal communication, considering employees when doing schedules, employee retention, HR involvement in career path to employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salaried employees have no free medical plan. How a salaried employee can sustain itself with $15.00 and hour and a scheduled 20 hours a week? Another problem is that salaried employees do not have fixt schedule were the individual can look for another complementary job.
