Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promised full time when I was hired. I thought I would receive the benefits but they ended up slashing my hours and said I was never supposed to have full time. Full time was the only reason I took the job.

almost all regular hourly associates at my location are competent and hard working. the management team takes advantage of our time, refuses to properly limit members or things like reusable bags, and now we have to worry about our time being monitored during a literal pandemic. we are PEOPLE

I was basically asked when I was available to work and told when to show up. Nothing was asked about previous jobs or experience, except that I was told my pay would be based on my experience. It was not. I received base pay with 15 years experience.

I was promised a bonus of 450 as a part time employee, I only got 152. Management treats us terribly and is condescending.

Questionable pay from other associate, apparently Other newcoming associates are getting Credit for said experience coming in, Not knowing how to do the position. and others are training these associates on how to actually do the job. it's ridiculous, I'm one of those FORMER associates training them

I like doing my work, but we do so much for less pay. we get the store ready for our members, we get constantly yelling from our store manager
