was good in the beginning, realized towards now none of you above hourly care about us.

maybe not get blamed for accidental shrink/our time when our lines are backed up towards bakery
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
almost all regular hourly associates at my location are competent and hard working. the management team takes advantage of our time, refuses to properly limit members or things like reusable bags, and now we have to worry about our time being monitored during a literal pandemic. we are PEOPLE
