Pay us what we are worth. Tmobile is not pushing a "Digital Readyness" movemnt. Essentially so the customer can add lines, upgrade etc without us. Mobile experts get paid for 2 years. What happens after thag though? THEY WONT NEED US.

Taking advantage of their position. district managers are not checking up on managers. My co worker takes 1 hour breaks or up to 2 hours and alwyas calling off. Ive been micro managing for the manager. I dont respect her anymore. They need to hire someone that actually wants to work. Positivity.

Not enough pay with amount of work we do. They stack on tasks like "digital ready" and atvthe end of the transaction help customer sign up for the tmobile app online. Then get hit with hurry up, and high unrealistic goals.
