My boss uses the term, "You're killing me" whenever a GA or SL gets an answer wrong or doesnt remember at the moment because focus is on the customer and store. What did you like most about the interview process?
I thought i was going into this business helping people with video games, toys and apparel. Turns out the way my manager talks to people, im working for Moe Szyslak from the simpsons and its not how he looks, but behaves.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Time to expunge narcissistic leaders that tell you to remember GAME: Greet. Ask Customer helpful questions, Make suggestions, explain the products just to get on your case for taking time to explain a product, for me its been cosoles and online purchase options to the very custromers we GAME to.

I don't want to be told how terrible I'm doing every day, when i know I'm doing a good job and customers love me. so I don't sell enough $3 game protections during the day and that is going to get me fired
