The leadership is fine the owner is really bad

Management and upper management need to learn how to listen to their workers and make an effort to understand what is going on in their stores. Proper help is needed instead of forcing a lone employee of doing the work of 3 to 4 people.

The manager and assistant manager need to work better during day shift and afternoon shift, not just complaining about night shift. If I saw we are getting more shoplifter during one person working in night shift, I should not get moved from full time to part time position with disrespectful talk.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
7-Eleven underpays many of its workers with how much they want the workers to do. The amount of work expected to be done is insane and they expect it to be done by 1 person everyday.

Yes! A raise would've helped especially after all I have done during my time there and what I am willing to do. I felt as if I am more reliable than management mostly

I feel under valued because i am. I have been wit the store since it opened i am ine of 3 on mily sode left from that day. I still make the same cant be promoted because my manager says i cant. But she can talk badly about me to others and thats okay.

I mostly worked night shift. I never got state holiday pay for full shift. No matter I work night before state holiday start or on state holiday. Company should pay for 8 hours of state holiday overtime pay to all shifts. I found 4 times mistake in my last 6 months of pay.

Some of the workers are good but most of them are lazy and don't care. I guess they can't be fully blamed because since 7-Eleven mistreats its workers then the workers shouldn't have to care about 7-Eleven.

Many customers see how 7-Eleven treats its workers. They see how 7-Eleven doesn't even fix its broken equipment in a proper manner because it's never taken seriously or with logic.

On soical media and my friends have said the customer service is terrible. Its always dirty trash around and full trash cans no lids or cups or napkins. Having to wait to be checked out. Rude people. Manager never around. Stuff always in the way. Out dated stuff still in cooler and shelf.
