What do you like best about the leadership team?

Personally a great team concidwring challenges thrown at us However there is no prior planing and things being implemented before fully tested and failing drastically. Wasteful spending except where money needs to be spent

My direct supervisor is exceptional

They trust me to show up every day im scheduled, even when delivery days suddenly changed, i adapt. They are always kind and understanding. She is an absolute gem! But after our last few days of interaction, im not sure my opinion will stay the same.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The assistant manager is amazing she knows what she is doing. Customers and the team like her, she explains herself and gives directions.

Respecting their employees and treating their employees like people

Actually managing and being grateful to the people that actually work

COMMUNICATION!!! Also have realistic policies and the executives that make all the rules and policies need some actual hands on experience.

They need to get better at everything. The place is a joke.

Management and upper management need to learn how to listen to their workers and make an effort to understand what is going on in their stores. Proper help is needed instead of forcing a lone employee of doing the work of 3 to 4 people.

I worked at store 40281 since last winter, working overnight..I feel I was targeted after I spoke my mind over certain duties that are to be performed in a group chat that she initiated..we have been doing the job the same way and during her absence for 3 months and we had no issues and I was let go

Communication. And understanding company policies. My store manager is being told false information from higher up management, and it's confusing her, and she relays that false information to me and it is not helping. I just need someone who is competent and knows what they're doing.
